Senior Animator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Animator, responsible for creating high-quality motion of computer graphics creatures and objects.

Key Responsibilities

• Animate a series of shots on specific projects while collaborating with team members
• Mentor entry-level Animators and provide feedback during production meetings
• Perform hands-on shot work and support the animation team as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in traditional Animation with 3 years of experience, or 5 years of experience in cel, stop-motion, or computer animation
• Expert understanding of traditional animation principles and film production
• Ability to complete delegated tasks with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with Linux and expert understanding of Maya and other animation software
