Senior Annuity Product Consultant

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative annuity products, the full-time Senior Annuity Product Consultant will manage product initiatives and represent Annuity Product Development on cross-company teams, working in a hybrid environment that allows for both remote and onsite collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Distribution and key stakeholders to create and enhance annuity product offerings
• Lead cross-functional sessions to drive product design and pricing, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Manage the existing block of in-force annuity business and address ad-hoc product requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in annuity product development or related fields
• Strong knowledge of annuity products and the annuity industry
• Proven analytical capabilities and financial acumen
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to cultivate strategic relationships
