Senior AP/AR Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AP/AR Sr Specialist to manage accounts payable and receivable functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers by reviewing credit worthiness and recommending credit limits
• Monitor customer accounts, resolve overdue payments, and manage invoice discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley controls and support working capital initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems related to finance and accounting
• Knowledge of sales tax documentation and compliance
• Ability to handle large/complex payments for domestic and international customers
• Experience in managing customer accounts and resolving disputes
• Understanding of financial controls and working capital management
