Job Summary

A non-profit education organization is seeking a Senior AP Instructional Design Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Partnering with the AP Strategy team to design and pilot teacher and student instructional resources
Providing instructional and product development expertise to new AP project-based course offerings
Serving as the primary steward of the instructional suite of supports required for the launch or redesign of any humanities AP course

Required Skills:

Experience in the design and implementation of professional development
A proven ability to manage and/or launch new projects
Strong organizational and time management skills with a process-oriented mindset
Either a master's degree in teaching of a Humanities discipline in the AP portfolio or a master's degree in instructional design
7+ years of relevant experience, such as (but not limited to) working as an instructional designer, content publisher, or high school teacher
A high degree of personal ownership
