Senior API Developer

Job Summary

To support a collaborative team focused on building scalable integration solutions, the remote contract Senior API Developer will design, develop, and test APIs using modern technologies while delivering within fast development cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop APIs and integrations based on requirements gathered from analysts
• Test APIs and ensure timely delivery of work within a two-week development cycle
• Utilize IBM Ace development and API Connect v10 to build and manage integration solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in API development and integration
• Proficient in IBM Ace development (App Connect Enterprise) and API Connect v10
• Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, and event-driven architecture
• Ability to gather requirements and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems, preferably Epic
