Senior API Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of secure APIs, the contract Senior API Full Stack Engineer will work remotely, focusing on building and maintaining APIs using Node.js and Express, while ensuring data security and integration with various source systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced REST API endpoints and data contracts for secure data access
• Integrate APIs with Postgres, Snowflake, and other systems, while implementing error handling and performance tuning
• Document API authentication patterns and integration logic to enhance provider insights during the referral process

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Node.js and Express development
• Advanced proficiency in REST API design and development
• Experience with API authentication, authorization, and secure data exchange
• Intermediate to advanced skills in integrating APIs with various data sources
• Familiarity with healthcare or provider data integration is preferred
