Senior API Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of secure APIs, the contract Senior API Full Stack Engineer will work remotely, focusing on building and maintaining APIs using Node.js and Express, while ensuring efficient data access and integration for provider insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced REST APIs, including data contracts and authentication patterns
• Integrate APIs with various source systems such as Postgres and Snowflake, ensuring performance tuning and error handling
• Document API specifications and maintain secure data exchange protocols

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Node.js and Express
• Advanced proficiency in REST API design and backend development
• Experience with API authentication, authorization, and secure data exchange
• Intermediate to advanced skills in integrating APIs with Postgres and Snowflake
• Familiarity with healthcare or provider data integration is preferred
