Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Admin - Appeals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain updated knowledge of project and corporate policies and procedures
  • Analyze data submitted for Independent Medical Review and manage incoming healthcare information
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, health plans, providers, and enrollees regarding case status and the appeals process
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree with 2+ years of experience, or HS Diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience
  • Experience in healthcare or appeals processes preferred
  • Proficient in data analysis and management
  • Ability to function as a Subject Matter Expert in relevant areas
  • Remote work setup with specific technical requirements (internet speed, OS compatibility)
