Key Responsibilities
- Maintain updated knowledge of project and corporate policies and procedures
- Analyze data submitted for Independent Medical Review and manage incoming healthcare information
- Respond to inquiries from clients, health plans, providers, and enrollees regarding case status and the appeals process
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree with 2+ years of experience, or HS Diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience
- Experience in healthcare or appeals processes preferred
- Proficient in data analysis and management
- Ability to function as a Subject Matter Expert in relevant areas
- Remote work setup with specific technical requirements (internet speed, OS compatibility)
