Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert for appeals processes, the full-time Senior Appeals Administrator will review and analyze data for Independent Medical Reviews while ensuring fair and timely resolutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain updated knowledge of project and corporate policies and procedures
  • Analyze and input data collected from treatment providers, facilities, and health plans
  • Respond to inquiries regarding case status and the appeals process from clients and providers
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or HS Diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience
  • At least 2 years of data entry experience
  • Experience with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
