Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Coordinator, Complaint & Appeals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts reviews and escalates complex patient appeals to management
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and conducts internal audits
- Facilitates educational programs and mentors staff on handling complaints and appeals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Service role
- Knowledge of Medicare and/or Medicaid
- 5 years of experience in claims, patient management, or compliance analysis
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability to work alternating weekends
