Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Coordinator, Complaint & Appeals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts reviews and escalates complex patient appeals to management
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and conducts internal audits
  • Facilitates educational programs and mentors staff on handling complaints and appeals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Service role
  • Knowledge of Medicare and/or Medicaid
  • 5 years of experience in claims, patient management, or compliance analysis
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Availability to work alternating weekends
