A company is looking for a Sr. Appeals Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor workflow trends and communicate with management regarding denials and appeals
• Review reports for invoice accuracy and assist team members in meeting monthly metrics
• Train new employees and provide departmental leadership by maintaining high productivity and quality

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of medical billing experience with a focus on research and claim denials
• Thorough knowledge of physician billing policies and procedures
• General knowledge of ICD and CPT coding
• Proficient in Excel and able to work in a fast-paced environment
