Senior Appian Business Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Appian Business Analyst, a full-time remote position responsible for aligning business objectives with ServiceNow capabilities, gathering requirements, and supporting solution design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements for ServiceNow implementations
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria to support scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring understanding of ServiceNow functionality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years in Appian implementations
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement across multiple Appian modules
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile ceremonies
• Familiarity with federal IT environments and compliance/security requirements preferred
