Senior Appian Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Appian.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for ServiceNow implementations
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for ServiceNow solutions
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring understanding of ServiceNow functionality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years of hands-on experience with Appian implementations
• Proven experience leading requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement across multiple Appian modules
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
• Familiarity with federal IT environments and compliance/security requirements preferred
