Senior Appian Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Appian Developer will design and implement Appian code, analyze complex systems, mentor junior developers, and ensure solutions meet client requirements while maintaining performance and minimizing technical debt.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Appian solutions that fulfill client requirements and perform well under high load
• Mentor junior developers and conduct peer code reviews to maintain quality standards
• Analyze existing systems to identify technical debt and performance limitations, proposing effective solutions

Required qualifications

• Five years of experience with BPMN-based low-code/no-code tools for business process modeling and automation
• Five years of experience integrating APIs for scalable application design on low-code/no-code platforms
• Proven experience in agile application development for rapid delivery of business solutions
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Relevant certification from recognized technical authorities like Google, AWS, or Microsoft
