Senior Application Administrator

Job Summary

To support a proposal for a government contract, the remote Senior Application Administrator will manage the stable operation of in-house software systems, including planning, installing, configuring, and maintaining network software, while ensuring system security and performance for authorized users.

Key responsibilities

• Set up accounts for authorized users and manage system security functions
• Perform software installations, backups, and verify backup success while reviewing system logs for unusual activities
• Provide local and remote maintenance support, including upgrades and new installs of servers and applications

Required qualifications

• Experience with Drupal, JBoss, and Solr
• Seven years of progressive experience in Information Processing, with six years in specialized disciplines
• Four years of hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining various software
• Applicable Application Administrator certifications as per the DLA Approved Cybersecurity Computing Environment (CE) List
• Active Secret Clearance required
