Providing expert technical support for Rover's CRM tools, the full-time Senior Application Administrator will manage Zendesk implementations, lead projects for feature rollouts, and resolve internal issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate and optimize Rover's use of Zendesk and adjacent applications to improve efficiency
- Lead projects impacting supported applications, including configuration and implementation work
- Action internal issues escalated by support analysts, prioritizing resolutions based on business impact
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or comparable relevant work experience
- 4+ years of experience administering and optimizing Zendesk implementations
- Deep understanding of Zendesk configuration components and APIs
- Ability to translate business requirements into application functionality
