Senior Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Application Analyst to provide advanced system-level support for clinical or financial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for multi-user applications, including installation, configuration, training, and maintenance
• Lead project planning sessions, establish project goals, and manage multiple projects of varying complexity
• Promote excellent customer service and collaborate with various departments to educate and train on current applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology and healthcare or related industry
• Advanced knowledge of systems analysis and project management concepts
• All required certifications upon hire
• In-depth understanding of application support and ability to serve as a primary resource for multiple application modules
