Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Application Analyst to manage and optimize business applications integrated with Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead application and workflow configuration, including automated contract routing and telephony management
• Oversee vendor selection and evaluation processes, defining requirements and managing proof-of-concept phases
• Manage integrations between applications and Salesforce, ensuring data synchronization and optimizing cross-functional workflows

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Systems/IT/Ops, with 5+ years in application analysis and workflow automation
• Experience managing third-party tool support and negotiating technical specifications
• Proven ability to build complex automations within SaaS platforms
• Advanced skills in data schema mapping and real-time synchronization management
• Hands-on experience with integration and middleware tools connecting to Salesforce
