Senior Application Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting healthcare applications, the full-time Senior Application Analyst will manage day-to-day operational issues, perform configuration and maintenance, and assist end-users with the MyCap Mobile App and REDCap while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assists end-users with the MyCap Mobile App and processes administrative requests within REDCap
• Designs, configures, and tests mobile applications to enhance research and operational workflows
• Analyzes and supports implementations for assigned products, including testing, reporting, and user training

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in application support or analysis
• Proficiency in REDCap and mobile application management
• Experience in analyzing clinical, administrative, or financial workflows
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
