Senior Application Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. App Developer to design and deliver custom AI applications for federal and private clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain conversational workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Design mechanisms for data capture and processing from user interactions across M365 applications
• Develop and train NLP-based classification models and create backend systems for user activity reporting

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform)
• Strong proficiency in full-stack frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python)
• Hands-on experience with building and training classification models
• Ability to integrate data pipelines with analytics tools like Power BI
• Familiarity with taxonomy mapping and workforce/learning systems is a plus
