Senior Application Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Application Developer (HR Systems).

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, enhances, and supports enterprise Human Resources & Payroll systems, ensuring system reliability and data integrity
• Supports the implementation of system upgrades, patches, and new functionalities, and resolves complex production issues
• Collaborates with functional partners to translate business processes into technical solutions and participates in project planning and execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Considerable experience (typically five or more years) supporting enterprise HR & Payroll Systems
• Experience with Oracle database objects and writing complex SQL and PL/SQL queries
• Demonstrated ability to analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions in a production environment
• Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced operational environment
