Senior Application Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Application IT Developer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, model, write/modify, and support software source code following SDLC processes
• Provide primary legacy platform support for COBOL on HP3000 and assist with migration development
• Develop applications, reports, and system design documents while fulfilling end-user requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Hands-on COBOL/HP3000 experience in high-volume production environments
• Strong COBOL programming expertise and experience with HP3000 IMAGE databases
• Proficiency with Robelle tools and solid JCL knowledge for batch processing
