Senior Application Developer

Job Summary

To support complex enterprise integrations, the contract-to-hire Senior Application Developer will work remotely, focusing on backend development using Go and Java/Spring Boot, while managing Kafka-based event integrations and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Support backend integrations with enterprise contract management platforms and design Kafka-based event integrations
• Coordinate with Kafka and platform teams on topic configuration, promotion, and cloud migration
• Assist with production support, release validation, and incident troubleshooting while ensuring reliable communication between systems

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field
• 4-6 years of experience in senior-level application development, particularly with enterprise integrations
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
• Proficiency in backend development using Go and Java/Spring Boot
• Experience with REST APIs and data integration across multiple storage platforms
