Senior Application Developer
Job Summary
To support critical business operations, the full-time Senior Application Developer will maintain and enhance an existing OutSystems 11 application, collaborating closely with project management and business stakeholders to deliver reliable technical solutions while working remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and deliver enhancements for the OutSystems 11 application, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Own technical design decisions to improve application maintainability and reduce technical debt
- Provide senior-level technical leadership through code reviews and mentoring, while supporting production needs and troubleshooting issues
Required qualifications:
- Demonstrated senior-level experience in delivering and supporting business-critical applications with OutSystems 11
- Strong experience in enhancing and maintaining enterprise applications, including debugging and solution design
- Hands-on expertise with REST API integrations and SQL Server performance tuning
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions
- Healthcare experience, particularly with electronic medical records, is a plus
