Senior Application Development Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Application Development Engineer will gather and validate business and technology requirements, translate user needs into functional specifications, and manage project lifecycle requirements for an enterprise healthcare client.

Key responsibilities

• Gathers and validates business and technology requirements to define project scope and impact
• Translates conceptual user requirements into clear functional specifications for developers and project teams
• Plans and coordinates user acceptance testing (UAT) while managing and tracking requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in requirement gathering and analysis for software development projects
• Proficiency in creating systems and business process models, specifications, and documentation
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in planning and executing user acceptance testing (UAT)
