Senior Application Development Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Application Development Engineer will gather and validate business and technology requirements, translate user needs into functional specifications, and manage the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Gathers and validates business and technology requirements to define project scope and metrics
• Translates user requirements into functional specifications for developers and project teams
• Plans and coordinates user acceptance testing (UAT) while tracking requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in requirement gathering and analysis
• Ability to create systems and business process models
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
• Proficiency in documenting business requirements and solutions
