Senior Application Development Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Application Development Engineer will gather and validate business and technology requirements, translate user needs into functional requirements, and manage project lifecycle documentation and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Gathers and validates business and technology requirements to define project scope and impact
• Translates conceptual user requirements into clear functional requirements for developers and project teams
• Plans and coordinates user acceptance testing (UAT) while tracking requirements status throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in requirement gathering and analysis
• Proficiency in creating systems and business process models
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
