Senior Application Development Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Application Development Engineer will gather and validate business and technology requirements, translate user needs into functional specifications, and manage project lifecycles to ensure effective system development for an enterprise healthcare client.

Key responsibilities

• Gathers and validates business and technology requirements to define project scope and metrics
• Translates conceptual user requirements into clear functional specifications for developers
• Plans and coordinates user acceptance testing (UAT) while monitoring service-level agreements (SLAs)

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Proficiency in creating systems and business process models
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and project management
