Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams
• Strong understanding of product delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Proven track record of supporting and improving legacy systems while planning for modernization
• Experience working in a transforming organization or one undergoing cultural/technical change
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and lead through influence
