Senior Application Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Application Engineer responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting software issues and supporting data requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business owners and technical teams to enhance and maintain the QicLink system
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software, data, or technical issues related to Cognizant QicLink applications
- Provide technical support for QicLink and assist with software testing, QA, and upgrades
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience required
- 7+ years in a related role required
- Experience with SQL, SSIS, and data manipulation
- Prior experience with Cognizant QicLink system preferred
- Exposure to healthcare claims processing and eligibility is a plus
