Senior Application Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Workplace Technology team, the remote Senior Application Engineer will design, build, and maintain automation systems and workflows for collaboration tools and identity platforms, while managing day-to-day administration and contributing to projects that enhance user experience and security.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement scripts, APIs, and workflow automations for collaboration tools and identity platforms
- Develop integrations that connect collaboration tools and internal systems to improve user experience and reduce manual tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and security standards are integrated through automation
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in software engineering or workplace technology development, focusing on automation or scripting
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Go, Python, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
- Understanding of IAM/SSO principles, with a willingness to grow in this area
- Experience with CI/CD and workflow orchestration is a plus
