Senior Application Engineer
Job Summary
Providing expert guidance on equipment functionality and operation, the full-time Senior Application Engineer will advise clients in the food and beverage industry on equipment selection and sizing, prepare quotes, and support the Outside Sales Team across multiple locations including Burr Ridge, IL, Danvers, MA, and Wisconsin.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical reviews and present equipment recommendations to customers and internal teams
- Serve as the primary technical resource throughout project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with process goals
- Collaborate with plant managers and engineers to identify efficient and cost-effective equipment solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 10+ years of process engineering experience in sanitary processes (pumps and valves)
- Strong knowledge of process design, sanitary equipment, and fluid systems
