Senior Application Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of application development and software engineers, the full-time Senior Application Engineering Manager will focus on enhancing Oracle Fusion Cloud and other Finance SaaS applications to modernize Finance Operations, driving automation and collaboration across engineering teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Guide run-the-business operations and projects, ensuring alignment with company-wide initiatives and OKRs
- Maximize the use of Oracle Fusion Cloud features and lead the integration with various Finance SaaS applications
- Inspire an automation mindset within the team, utilizing RPA and low-code/no-code tools to improve operational efficiency
Required qualifications:
- 9+ years of industry experience as a senior engineering manager in the Core Finance domain
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud and other SaaS systems such as Zuora, Coupa, and Anaplan
- Experience in leading Finance Business Transformation efforts using the latest technologies
- Familiarity with automation tools (RPA, Workato) and AI/ML implementation
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with senior Finance and Engineering stakeholders
