Senior Application Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Application Manager - Microsoft Power Platform & D365.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operational readiness of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments
• Manage and lead a team, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Oversee sustainment activities, including release planning and performance monitoring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in IT program management or enterprise applications
• 2-3 years of experience managing direct reports in a technical or application management capacity
• Demonstrated ability to support large programs with technical oversight
• Proven leadership skills in developing cross-functional teams
