Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Application Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and input life insurance application data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, providing recommendations for case completion
• Serve as a resource for Field Office Input Coordinators and provide customer-focused service to internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• Successful completion of any required testing
• Demonstrated ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume work with high accuracy
• Ability to interact positively with Field Force and Home Office personnel
• Keyboarding skills required
• Ability to complete assignments with minimal direction
