Senior Application Processor

Job Summary

Managing complex application processes, the full-time Senior Application Processor will ensure accurate and compliant processing of high-risk applications while serving as a mentor and quality champion in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex, exception-based applications from intake through approval
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow redesign and automation opportunities
• Analyze and validate complex documentation, income, and third-party verifications

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of application processing experience or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated success in relevant job functions or projects
• Advanced knowledge of documentation, underwriting guidelines, or policy frameworks
• Strong technical proficiency with internal databases and application processing systems
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
