Senior Application Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Application Security Engineer to manage application security assessments and vulnerability management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SDLC practices including code reviews and vulnerability assessments
• Conduct security assessments and collaborate with developers to identify and remediate application security risks
• Manage and tune web application firewalls and implement security strategies for OWASP maturity model

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• 6 to 8 years of experience in application security and DevSecOps
• OSWE, GWAPT, or similar certification preferred
• Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and identity lifecycle management technologies preferred
• Extensive knowledge of the OWASP Top 10
