Senior Application Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Security Engineer, Application Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure secure implementation of new features
• Conduct security reviews, audits, and threat modeling for existing and new systems
• Develop automated tooling and establish application guardrails for secure development practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in application or product security, preferably in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of web, mobile, and cryptographic security fundamentals
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Typescript/Javascript, Go, or Rust
• Hands-on experience with security testing tools and methodologies
