Senior Application Security Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Application Security to lead its Application Security program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Application Security, Vulnerability Management, and Security Assessment teams
• Define and deliver the application security strategy, ensuring secure-by-default practices across environments
• Drive execution of key initiatives including bug bounty programs, threat modeling, and vulnerability management workflows

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in security engineering, with at least 3+ years as a people manager
• Strong track record of building and scaling Application Security programs in SaaS environments
• Deep technical expertise in Go and modern application stacks
• Hands-on experience with SAST/SCA tools and CI/CD integrations
• Proven ability to lead vulnerability management programs from detection through remediation
