Senior Application Services Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Application Services Engineer for a Contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and provide operational support for applications in AWS-hosted and customer-hosted environments
• Utilize automation tooling and environment management platforms to ensure reliable application deployments
• Collaborate within an agile deployment methodology to deliver high-quality solutions for health plan customers

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in deployment engineering, application operations, or related roles
• Experience in installing and supporting enterprise applications in cloud or on-premises environments
• Basic to intermediate Linux administration skills, including command-line and shell scripting
• Familiarity with SQL or relational database technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
