Senior Application Specialist

Job Summary

Responsible for building, maintaining, and analyzing reporting tools for Revenue Cycle customers, the full-time Senior Application Specialist will collaborate with clients to enhance system functionality, lead project teams, and manage training initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates with clients and peers to enhance system functionality and evaluates client requests in a timely manner
• Leads project teams, plans work efforts, and assigns tasks based on team member competencies
• Manages training initiatives, including course development and delivery, while ensuring successful project completion on schedule and within budget

Required qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Analytics
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Cognito Epic Certification or other applicable Epic Certification
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred
