Senior Application Specialist
Job Summary
Serving as a senior-level technical resource, the full-time remote Senior Application Specialist will provide advanced support for the development, operation, maintenance, and enhancement of EFMSS and related applications, while leading application enhancements and troubleshooting complex issues.
Key responsibilities
- Provide senior-level technical support and lead application operations and maintenance activities, including configuration and troubleshooting
- Analyze complex application problems, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures
- Coordinate technical activities across application, database, infrastructure, and security environments
Required qualifications
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in supporting, developing, integrating, or maintaining enterprise applications
- Demonstrated experience with complex application development and troubleshooting
- Experience in requirements analysis and translating requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to lead technical application initiatives and coordinate work across multiple technical disciplines
- Required to successfully pass a background investigation
