Senior Application Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst - DevOps Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for all Direct Bank applications and maintain Azure DevOps environments
• Assist with release management and configure CI/CD pipelines in both Windows and Kubernetes environments
• Monitor and support Direct Bank infrastructure, manage incidents, and communicate progress to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Computer Science or Analytics, or High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of experience
• 5 years of experience working with Azure DevOps deploying to Windows and Kubernetes preferred
• Experience with configuring CI/CD pipelines and release management processes
• Knowledge of application infrastructure including servers, databases, and load balancers
• Experience with monitoring tools and managing server vulnerabilities
