Required Qualifications
  • Experience in application support and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and service management processes
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including out-of-hours application deployments
  • Experience with Jira Service Management and Confluence
  • Completion of in-house training on products and technical knowledge
