Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Application Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily support activities and ensure compliance with support processes and quality standards
  • Provide technical expertise and support for application issues, including ticket resolution and enhancements
  • Build and maintain relationships with operational leaders and development teams to improve processes and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of technical/functional support experience with ERP systems or complex business systems
  • 1-3 years of experience in Agile software development
  • Experience managing relationships and SLAs with third-party ticketing systems
