Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Application Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily support activities and ensure compliance with support processes and quality standards
- Provide technical expertise and support for application issues, including ticket resolution and enhancements
- Build and maintain relationships with operational leaders and development teams to improve processes and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of technical/functional support experience with ERP systems or complex business systems
- 1-3 years of experience in Agile software development
- Experience managing relationships and SLAs with third-party ticketing systems
