Job Summary

Senior Application Support Analyst provides full-time, remote technical support for commercial healthcare clients, focusing on troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring high-quality client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced customer support for commercial healthcare clients and troubleshoot technical and operational issues
  • Support technical infrastructure and document issues, resolutions, and trends within internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated concerns and participate in client support meetings
Required Qualifications
  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise software applications in a technical support environment
  • Experience supporting QA, Pre-Production, and/or Production environments
  • Strong client-facing technical support experience
  • Basic to intermediate SQL/SQL Server experience, including knowledge of writing T-SQL queries
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment
