Job Summary
Senior Application Support Analyst is a full-time remote position focused on providing advanced customer and technical support for healthcare clients, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring high-quality client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced customer support for commercial healthcare clients
- Troubleshoot and investigate technical and operational issues to identify root causes
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated concerns and document issues accurately
Required Qualifications
- Experience in troubleshooting and supporting enterprise software applications
- Experience supporting QA, Pre-Production, and/or Production environments
- Strong client-facing technical support experience
- Basic to intermediate SQL/SQL Server experience with knowledge of writing T-SQL queries
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate complex technical issues
