Job Summary

Senior Application Support Analyst is a full-time remote position focused on providing advanced customer and technical support for healthcare clients, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring high-quality client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced customer support for commercial healthcare clients
  • Troubleshoot and investigate technical and operational issues to identify root causes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated concerns and document issues accurately
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in troubleshooting and supporting enterprise software applications
  • Experience supporting QA, Pre-Production, and/or Production environments
  • Strong client-facing technical support experience
  • Basic to intermediate SQL/SQL Server experience with knowledge of writing T-SQL queries
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate complex technical issues
