Senior Application Support Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely or in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Senior Application Support Analyst will provide application support for Infor LN ERP and related systems, troubleshoot issues, manage user access, and lead a small team while collaborating with business stakeholders to implement enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support for Infor LN ERP, SharePoint, Nintex K2, SSRS, Power BI, and manufacturing systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, coordinating with vendors and development teams on complex incidents
• Manage ERP user access, security roles, and support audit and compliance activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications or business-critical applications
• 2 years of experience leading projects or mentoring teams
• Experience troubleshooting ERP, reporting, workflow, or business systems
• Knowledge of ITIL service-management best practices
