Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Tier 3/4 Support Engineer for SaaS products or similar roles
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Strong knowledge of web technologies and protocols, with proven troubleshooting skills in backend systems
- Experience reading code (e.g., JavaScript/HTML) and writing SQL queries
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines in a cross-functional environment
