Senior Application System Analyst
Job Summary
Responsible for the elicitation and conversion of business requirements into system requirements, the full-time Senior Application System Analyst will develop functional designs for new and enhanced systems while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate analysis and functional design by evaluating business issues and translating requirements into system-level solutions
- Guide project personnel in identifying system changes and conduct gap analysis to ensure traceability from requirements to system functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a related field; 7+ years of experience may substitute for a degree
- Understanding of technical development concepts and project timelines
- Experience leading or collaborating with development teams on complex initiatives
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills to align technical and business stakeholders
